Eog wedi ei bobi (Baked Salmon)


Succulent Salmon with a hint of herbs makes this a recipe you'll enjoy impressing friends and family with

  • 4lb. Salmon
  • 4oz butter
  • pinch of rosemary
  • nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • a few cloves
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

    Cooking Instructions:
    1. Prepare the salmon by cleaning then rubbing inside and out with mixed seasoning
    2. Put the salmon in a greased ovenproof dish
    3. Cover with dots of butter and roast in moderate oven for 20 minutes per pound.
    4. Baste frequently
    5. Serve with wedges of lemon
