Succulent Steak Diane

Serves 2


Tender fillet steak served with a delectable sauce, just great for that romantic Valentine supper

  • 4 portions of fillet steak
  • 1 tbs. chopped onion
  • 1 tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 tbs. chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsps Worcestershire sauce
  • butter

    Cooking Instructions:
    1. Melt the butter in a frying pan then fry the steaks for 1-2 minutes on each side
    2. Remove the steaks from the pan then stir in the lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce
    3. Add the onion and parsley then heat gently for about a minute
    4. Spoon the sauce over the fillet steaks and serve
