Description/Notes:
Much more of a sweet than fruit on it’s own, delicious when served with a low fat yogurt.
Ingredients:
Cooking Instructions:
- Cut the apples into bite sized pieces and squeeze a little lemon juice on them
- Add the grapes, cherries, segmented orange and diced apricots
- Pour the apple juice over the fruit and leave to stand for at least an hour before serving
