Once in the oven, this super supper dish will look after itself while you entertain uyour guests
Ingredients:
Cooking Instructions:
- Divide the fish into four portions and place in a shallow casserole
- Cover the fish with the onions and mushrooms then pour in the lemon juice
- Sprinkle the herbs over the dish and season with salt and pepper
- Cover with foil and bake in a pre-heated oven 350F, Gas Mark 4, 180C for 30 minutes
- Remove the foil then sprinkle the toasted bread over the dish
- Cook for a further 10 minutes then serve with baked potatoes and courgettes
