Delicious drumsticks in a Caribbean rum and orange coating
Ingredients:
Cooking Instructions:
- Pre-heat oven to 375F, Gas Mark 5, 190C
- Make slits in the skin of the chicken drumsticks
- Place the drumsticks on a roasting tin and brush with the melted butter
- Put the drumsticks in the pre-heated oven for 20 minutes
- Mix together the orange juice, brown sugar rum and spices
- Pour the mixture over the drumsticks and return to the oven for 15 minutes, basting drumsticks with the cooking juices every 5 minutes or until chicken turn a golden brown
