Honey and Lemon Salad

Serves 4


Marvelous salad to spruce up the cold chicken

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon clear honey
  • 8 oz. (225g) dessert apples
  • 8 oz. (225g) cooked carrots
  • 2 0z. (50g) seedless raisins

    Cooking Instructions:
    1. Mix the honey and lemon juice together
    2. Peel ,core and dice the apples
    3. Add the raisins, chopped nuts and sliced carrots
    4. Mix with the dressing and leave in a cool place for an hour before using
