Oatmeal Pancakes


A savory version of pancakes that are delicious with bacon.

  • 1lb (450g) plain flour
  • 6oz (175g) oatmeal
  • half an ounce (15g) yeast mixed with a little sugar and warm milk
  • milk

    Cooking Instructions:
    1. Blend together the oatmeal and the flour
    2. Add the yeast then blend in enough milk to form a thin batter
    3. Cook as pancakes, then serve hot with butter and bacon
