Banana Split

Serves 2


A simply scrumptious cold sweet.

  • 2 bananas
  • 4 oz. (100g) strawberries
  • 4 tsp. fromage frais
  • 4 tsp. low-fat yogurt

    Cooking Instructions:
    1. Peel the bananas and cut in half length ways
    2. Mix together the yogurt and the fromage frais and arrange in the center of two dishes
    3. Arrange the banana pieces on either side of the mixture
    4. Liquidise the strawberries and pour the resulting sauce over the banana halves
