Smoked salmon and pasta supreme

Serves 4

Description/Notes:

Succulent smoked salmon in a rich and creamy sauce makes this a meal for that very special occasion.

Ingredients:
  • 4 oz. (100g) smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 7 oz. (175g) cream cheese, low fat
  • 1 tbsp. hopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan
  • 8 tbsps. semi-skimmed milk
  • cooked pasta shells, to serve four people

    Cooking Instructions:
    1. Warm the milk and the cream cheese in a saucepan over a low heat until the cheese melts
    2. Stir in the salmon and parmesan then continue heating gently without boiling
    3. Stir in the parsley
    4. Toss into the cooked pasta whirls and serve
