Sardine and Gouda muffins

Serves 1


Tasty sardine savory snack.

  • 1 x two and a quarter ounce (60g) wholemeal muffin
  • Half an ounce (15g) Gouda cheese, grated
  • 2 oz. sardines in tomato sauce
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

    Cooking Instructions:
    1. Place the sardines, lemon juice, cheese and seasoning in a bowl and mix
    2. Split the muffin, grill and top with the mixture
    3. Grill again until the topping has warmed through and serve with a side salad
