Sweet syrupy fingers that taste absolutely divine

  • 4 oz. (100g0 butter
  • 1 oz. (25g) dark brown sugar
  • 8 oz. (200g) rolled oats
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon golden syrup

    Cooking Instructions:
    1. Pre-heat oven to 375F, Gas Mark 5, 190C
    2. Heat the butter ,sugar and syrup together in a saucepan until they melt
    3. Add the oats and salt then mix well
    4. Put the mixture into a greased tin, 9 inch X 9 inch (23 cm X 23 cm) and bake for 30 minutes in the top of the oven
    5. Remove from oven and cut into fingers while still warm
