Butter Cream Frosting, Chocolate Cream Frosting, Coffee Cream Frosting


Three frosting recipes , delicious filling for your home baked cookies.

  • 5 oz. (140g) icing sugar, sifted
  • 2 oz. (50g) butter
  • 1 tbsp. Evaporated milk
  • flavouring essence

    Cooking Instructions:
    1. To make cream frosting, cream the butter and blend in the icing sugar alternately with the evaporated milk
    2. Add a couple of drops of essence to taste
    3. To make coffee frosting, blend in one level tbsp. of powdered coffee with the evaporated milk in the cream frosting recipe before mixing it with the other ingredients
    4. To make chocolate cream frosting, sift in 3 level tbsps. of cocoa or drinking chocolate with the icing sugar in the cream frosting recipe, then add an extra half a tablespoon of evaporated milk
