Barbecue Corn On The Cob

Serves 4


Brighten your outdoor meal with colorful cobs of yellow corn

  • 4 corn cobs, silk and husk removed
  • 2 oz. (50g) butter
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • sugar
  • salt

    Cooking Instructions:
    1. Cut 4 pieces of foil large enough to contain a corn cob
    2. Place a corn cob on each piece of foil and sprinkle with salt, a little sugar and 1 tablespoon of water
    3. Seal the edges of the foil firmly to form parcels
    4. Cook on a hot barbecue for 25-30 minutes or until tender
    5. Open the parcels, pour over the melted butter and serve
