Sweet and Sour Pork Chops

Serves 6


Delicious chops with grilled in a sweet and sour marinade, great

  • 6 thin boneless pork chops
  • 4 tablespoons apricot jam
  • 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons hot chilli sauce
  • ground black pepper

    Cooking Instructions:
    1. Mix all the ingredients, apart from the chops, together in a bowl
    2. Brush the chops with the marinade and place in a shallow covered dish and allow to marinade for at least 2 hours
    3. Cook on a hot barbecue, turning once, for 15-20 minutes or until brown and tender
